Of course, not everyone was as impressed as the rest of us.
When it came time for the singing of the birthday song the server accompanied herself on the tamborine. I'm not totally sure if she was singing in English or what, but it was very entertaining.
Cathy got a lot of enjoyment from opening her gifts, but even more enjoyment from her cards. 
For those who don't really know Cathy, just read the title of the book she got as a gift and it speaks volumes.
